Through individualized and developmentally mindful and reflective practices, I will identify and nurture adults’ areas of potential so that they may be emotionally supported to ensure children’s growth. I will actively build trust, respect the identities team members, and remain steady in times of conflict. I am a teacher of teachers, and will use values of inclusivity, authentic gratitude, and cooperative teamwork to guide each other to fully develop our potentials.
